My name is Katie, and I will be your blog queen; for today, though, I’m just your tour guide. Welcome to our blog. There’s a picture of some old books that we’ll change someday. There is a lot of white background. You’ll notice, however, one thing there’s not much of… yet…
Posts, fools. But be patient, because we have posts in store for you. Ohhh, do we have posts. Michael and I will be sharing duties reviewing concerts, albums, and books if we feel ambitious. We’d like to get some interviews done, too, so look forward to that! If the little bro lets me, I would like to talk about bands I only listen to on MySpace. I’ll also be running a feature called Bad Fashion, where I’ll take pictures of incredibly ugly clothes. Hilarious, right? We’ll expand to other things if we have time.
We’d like to set up a calendar of events for Washington DC (where I spend most of my time) and New York (where Mike hangs) to let y’all know about fun things going on in our towns. If we can make it somehow interactive so that we don’t miss things that y’all know about, we will. I’m ambitious.
I won’t write too much more about myself, because I’ll unofficially be doing that for the rest of this blog’s life. I like music, books, France, feminism, sustainability, running, and cartoons. I dislike misogyny, Microsoft Office 97, and bad writing. Till next time!
